Jim is an internationally known trainer and coach for flooring dealers, and the Founder and President of Flooring Success Systems. He’s the Marketing Mastery columnist for FCNews, and produces and co-hosts the FCNews Marketing Mastery Webinars, and co-hosts the Roomvo University Webinar series.

Jim has spoken at major flooring industry events, including TISE, Coverings, and Domotex, and is the author of three flooring industry books, including How Floor Dealers can Beat the Boxes and Escape the Cheap Price Rat Race of Doom Forever.

When he's not helping floor dealers dominate their market, you can find Jim fly fishing, playing lead guitar, or skydiving.
